Following successful shows in Lusaka last week, visiting Nigerian gospel singer Preye Odede of the ‘Ebezina’ hit song today dates Copperbelt residents in a concert set for Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola.
The singer famously known for his soul-healing gospel songs will be accompanied by Dickson Phiri who is actually using the opportunity to launch his new album ‘See Me Today’. The two will be supported by renowned gospel hit maker Kings Malembe Malembe plus many other locals.
This concert is specifically organized by CHAPRO and is meant to give the people on the Copperbelt a chance to see the Nigerian singer in action and witness Dickson’s ‘See Me Today’ launch whose tour will hit other towns soon.Dickson and Odede have built a musical alliance which will in future see them release collaborations. With the need to reach out to the masses via gospel being their common agenda, the two musicians will surely feed the Copperbelt fans today with messages of hope, love and unity.Levy Mwanawasa Stadium is surely an ideal venue for a concert of this magnitude and people wishing to be part of it will be assured of good sound, security and enjoyable moments.
