Make LWSC your home, says Sikalinda

Lusaka Water and Sewerage Company (LWSC) has urged members of the public to direct all their concerns to the water utility company so that they are able to receive urgent responses and service. LWSC public relations manager Topsy Sikalinda said the company is committed to delivering better services to the people and wants to work with its clients in identifying all water and drainage related problems. Mr. Sikalinda said that people need to ‘‘make the water utility company their home’’ so that the company is able to work on their challenges. He said water and sewer related issues are important for the welfare of the people so as to avoid an outbreak of diseases caused by water shortages and blocked drainages. Mr. Sikalinda said issues of water and drainages should always be taken to the company so that a permanent solution is found. ‘’As LWSC we are dedicated to ensuring that we deliver the best services to all our customers regardless of whether they are in rural or urban areas and that is why it is important that whenever they are not happy with our services they visit our offices so that we can see how we can work together in delivering to them as our customers,’’ he said. -MILLENNIUM RADIO 90.5FM
