Two Chinese face theft charges

TWO Chinese nationals have appeared in the Lusaka Magistrates Court for allegedly stealing 50 Bonanza gambling machines valued at K250,000 from a fellow Chinese Zheng Ming.

Yu Min and Wei Xing, both 40 years old and directors of unknown house numbers in Lusaka’s Kalundu area, are facing one count of theft.

It is alleged that Min and Xing on unknown dates but sometime in June 2015 jointly, and while acting together, did steal the 50 machines valued at K250,000 from Mr Zheng.

The two are expected to appear before Magistrate Muzambalika Simwatachela for plea.
