A GOOD road network and improved water supply and electricity in Mulenga township will be a priority for United Democratic Front (UDF) Kamfinsa constituency parliamentary candidate Dickson Ngandwe once elected as Member of Parliament on August 11.
Mr Ngandwe said the people of Mulenga township and Kamfinsa constituency in general, should vote for him so that he could improve their lives through infrastructure development, job creation and empowerment of women and youths in various ways.
He said unlike manifestos of other political parties which were more rhetorical than practical, the UDF policies were realistic and workable.
“My campaign is going smoothly and I think victory is certain on August 11 because wherever I go to campaign, the response from people is overwhelming. As UDF, we have a realistic and workable manifesto which will deliver the people’s needs and requirements.
“So like here in Mulenga township, the problem is bad roads, poor water supply and no electricity. So if am elected MP on August 11, I will work on the bad roads and improve water supply and electricity,” Mr Ngandwe said.
He said he was aware of some UDF members who were against him, but that they would be shocked when he emerged victorious on August 11.
“Just like i told you last time, UDF structures at all levels on the Copperbelt are intact and operating accordingly. Our serious party officials and members are busy working on the ground doing the campaigns for the party candidates like me who are participating in the August 11 elections.
