FINANCE Minister Alexander Chikwanda has urged Zambians against voting for an arrogant leader in the August general elections.
He said that President Edgar Lungu was a humble, dedicated and intelligent leader who had provided leadership through difficult circumstances that arose from the various economic crises as a result of a crash in copper prices compounded by el nino.
Mr Chikwanda said Zambians deserved a humble and respectful leader who was not seeking self-aggrandizement in government but to serve.
Mr Chikwanda warned that the danger of voting for arrogant leaders was that the country could easily revert to the dreaded days of the one party State which was defeated by the emergence of multi-party politics.
