PF campaigns slow

Dear Editor

I write to agree with Mr. Chileshe who warned that over-confidence by the Patriotic Front will cost it these coming elections.

There is no doubt that the UPND is running a very well organised campaign that is spreading disinformation and wrong statistics to the Zambian people, so much that the good things that PF has done are being overshadowed by the lies.

For example, here on the Copperbelt the UPND has promised to open mines and create new jobs.

These are things that the PF has done already but are not being repeated.

An impression is being created that the PF is not doing anything and sadly there are no advocates to spread the message apart from the President when he holds meetings or visits projects.

This time round the PF must get organised at the very lowest levels to educate the populace that is being misled by propaganda from people who do not mean well for this country.

Foot soldiers are very important in winning elections and unless this is done, I am afraid the lies will win.
