Recently, Jordan Katembula(JK), gospel singer Ephraim plus more released a song to preach peace dubbed, ‘Stop the Violence-Zambia Unite’.

The song which comes with a video insists on upholding peace amidst political differences. It also emphasizes on the need to promote the ‘One Zambia, One Nation’ slogan which was aggressively championed by our founding fathers.

Watching the video of the song, one is welcomed by Zambia’s first republican president Dr Kenneth Kaunda’s anthem of his unity song, ‘Tiyende Pamodzi,’ then followed by different verses from the featured artistes that include Wile, Kayombo, Taonga and Oscar.

Listening to the song gives one that understanding of embracing peace as preached by our forefathers. The song is a rich collection of vocals and the message is very effective to ensure peace and unity.
