Songstress Judy Yo has advised Zambian youths to register and vote in this year’s elections because their vote is power.

Speaking after a splendid performance at a concert held under the Triple V Campaign at Mutambe Grounds last Saturday, the singer urged the youthful audience to make sure they participate in the electoral process this year.

Judy who was accompanied on stage by her dancer, took the audience through her musical journey giving them the best of her music.

Amongst the popular songs were ‘Anaka’ and ‘Cry of a Woman’ her duet with B-Flow. The singer persistently urged the youths to value their right to vote and make sure they are not influenced not to do so.

Earlier, hip hop artiste Khondwani Kaira aka Chef 187 wowed the audience with his rap skills. The rapper gave out his hit songs which kept the audience singing along especially to ‘Wala Wala’, ’99 Jobs’ and ‘Ndafilwa Ukuicindika’. The concert was handled by MC Vicmalo and DJ 800 of D’Cue Entertainments.

Chef also emphasized the need to have youths register and vote.
