It’s Mutembo Nchito’s day

The Annel Silungwe tribunal constituted to probe the alleged misconduct of suspended Director of Public Prosecution Mutembo Nchito resumes sitting today to rule on preliminary issues which include whether former Chief Justices Mathew Ngulube and Enerst Sakala should recuse themselves and whether the tribunal should be held in camera.

According to Brebnar Changala who is a petitioner, the sitting of the tribunal had been postponed twice because of the absence of one of the tribunal members.

THE GOOD THING IS THAT THE TRIBUNAL WILL START AND REMOVE THIS NOLLE CRIMINAL. THE POST TRIED TO HAVE A TRIBUNAL IN ITS PAPER BUT WINA AZALILA.

LIKE I SAID LAST TIME TIME HAS COME FOR NCHITO TO BE WASHED, DRIED, PRESSED AND OFF COURSE SHELVED IN AN UNUSED WARDROBE AND ZAMBIA WILL BE FREE OF THIS CARTEL.
