NAPSA too good for Assembly


NAPSA Stars Football Club yesterday kicked off their campaign for the 2015 MTN/FAZ league title via a 3-1 victory against National Assembly in a Week One fixtures played at Lusaka’s Woodlands stadium.

The pensioners registered their first goal in the 3rd minute by striker Davies Mwape assisted by winger Jean Paul Semaho.

Napsa  exhibited all the energy in the match and recorded a second goal in the 17th minute through Semaho from a corner kick taken by Micheal Silavwe.

In the 20th minute the referee disallowed a Tiki Chiluba goal from a Silavwe cross.

The referee over ruled the goal because of Mwape interfered with goal keeper in the 18 area.

National Assembly benched Stanley Banda for Thite Mweshi in the 27 minute.

In 29th minute Napsa striker Keagan Zulu was on target scoring the third goal from a Chabusha Mushinde pass. And in the 31st minute National Assembly Isac Ngoma scored from  a corner kick taken by Victor Nyantenga.
