FORMER president Rupiah Banda has been honoured with the Fellow Membership Status by the Global Council of Certified and Recognised Distinguished Professionals (GCCRDP) for his ‘‘profound’’ contribution to the economic and political world.
In a letter to Mr Banda GCCRDP president Sean Armstrong Kuuck said the former head of State joins a global umbrella body of professionals from diverse disciplines in line with globalisation as well as promoting oneness and global recognition of all professionals.
Zambia’s fourth president has become the GCCRDP ambassador general to champion membership drive in sovereign states of the global orgaionisation and would be entitled to several incentives that would go with his new status.
GCCRDP is a prestigious organisation offering membership status to distinguished and eminent persons and holders of post- graduate degrees and professorship.
