Honour Janza has summoned 26 local players to camp in readiness for the Zambia-Ivory Coast international friendly match to be played at the National Heroes Stadium in Lusaka next Saturday.
Janza has called included Choma Green Eagles goalkeeper Satchimo Chakawa to report to camp on Monday next week, as well as U-20 internationals Charles Zulu of Zanaco, Spencer Sautu from Green Eagles of Choma, Kapota Kayawe and Boyd Mkandawire both of NAPSA Stars and Larry Bwalya of Nchanga Ranger.
Returning to the team is goalkeeper Danny Munyau of Red Arrows and Joshua Titima of Power Dynamos.
In defence, Janza still has faith in sluggish but toughNkana FC’s kingpin Christopher Munthali, versatile Nyambe Mulenga of Zesco United and hard working Donashano Malama from Nkana, Rodrick Kabwe of Zanaco and Adrian Chama from Division One threatened Green Buffaloes. Others in defence are Alex Mwamba from Power Dynamos and Zanaco’s Fackson Kapumbu.
Janza and his Dutch Nico Labohm have once again summoned wonderboy Julius Situmbeko and his club mate Richard Kasonde from Power Dynamos to help clubless Fwayo Tembo in his defence.
Others are the trio of Shadreck Malambo, Patrick Ngoma and Bruce Musakanya of Division One threatened Red Arrows.
Labohm and Janza believe that Nkonkola Blades Humphrey Maseneko has the killer punch for goals which have been eluding the national soccer time until this week.
The technical bench has strengthened the front line with the current super league top scorer Alex N’gonga from Power Dynamos together with Nkana’s Ronald ‘Sate State’ Kampamba.
Another Division One bound team Roan United has contributed Given Sinyangwe to the national team while Napsa Stars has given Chisenga Lukwembe.
